Response to my original inquiry was quick. Installation two days later. The installer was very knowledgeable and friendly. Could not have asked for a more pleasant experience.

Todd was pleasure to do business with ... he was extremely knowledgeable ... no high pressure "today only" tactics ... Brett did a quick, professional installation and also represented his company well .... I would highly recommend this company ... an overall positive experience

We invited Todd to come by and explain to us the many benefits that we were looking for in ordering a stair lift. He was very professional and quite knowledgeable about our particular situation and we placed an order with him last week. The stair lift was installed this week and we couldn’t be more pleased. Wonderful job by his installer Brett who did a great job with the installation.

Ideal stairlift company! Acorn equipment. Quick and expert estimate process and installation. If you are anywhere near Greenville, SC, and need a stairlift, call Todd, and he will make it happen. He came to measure the same day that I called, and sent his installer the next day at noon. My parents were using the stairlift by 5, so 24 hours from start to finish. He quickly returned an early morning texted question and reviewed the plan by phone before business hours. My parents are safe now on the stairs. We are all so grateful. Thank you!

We bought two straight stairlifts for my father through Southern Stairlift. The product is solid, and they were easy to work with. Nice people and extremely efficient. I would recommend it to anyone looking at in-home mobility solutions.
